Hi, I’m Bella, a yoga teacher who loves guiding others into safe, mindful movement and nurturing a sense of connection within and beyond.

About me

Yoga has been a part of my life since I was at school, starting around eight years old, and I’ve been inspired by many wonderful teachers along the way. I completed my 200 hour training with @YogaGirl in Aruba in 2019,giving me 6 years of teaching experience. In 2024, I also qualified as a gym instructor, deepening my understanding of anatomy, building strength, and the body’s natural alignment.

Join the Stretch & Strengthen and Rest online sessions to build strength, release tension, and restore calm, with access to weekly recordings. For deeper, tailored support, Bella also offers 1:1 personalised yoga sessions designed around your individual goals and lifestyle.
